A 1-day residency that explores the systemic racism faced by African Americans through art, music and dialogue, featuring the portraitures of visual artist Taryn Wellswhose work explores the complicated subjects of race and identity, and the music of Jonathan Bailey Holland, Alvin Singleton, Tania Leon, Gary Powell Nash and Anthony Green. A Music Program  event co-sponsored by Africana Studies.
